Course Overview:
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that identify the residence’s priority population and screening criteria to ensure appropriateness of the applicant to the residence’s level of credentialing or license and offered recovery supports.
- Ensure resident admission and orientation provides both oral and written explanations of agreements, policies, procedures, rights and requirements before the applicant is admitted/agrees to move into the recovery residence.
- Implement and maintain a financial management policy and procedures that fully disclose all anticipated residence and third-party service providers fees, including deposits and/or refund policies for which the resident or responsible payer is/may be accountable.
